Program Management
Nangwik supports our customers in the planning, direction and control of resources to meet the technical, cost, and time constraints of a program while also ensuring delivery of a quality product or service. Our professionals are well versed in Business Process Improvement principles and apply these principles in evaluating the performance of programs, assessing the effectiveness of program functions and processes, and recommending changes to more effectively meet program objectives.

IM/IT Management
